Terms and Conditions

Important: To place a wager or play games with real money, you must first create an account with us. You accept our terms and conditions, which are outlined below, by creating an account with us.

1. The terms and conditions that make up the whole, final, and exclusive agreement concerning the Account Holder (also known as “you”) and BouncingBall8 are known as the “BouncingBall8 Rules,” and they regulate the parties’ contractual relationship. All previous statements, agreements, and understandings between the company and the Account Holder are superseded and merged into the BouncingBall8 Rules. A visitor or Account Holder acknowledges and accepts that by creating a personal Account, signing up, logging in, using the Services, taking part in the games, or accepting any reward, they fully understand and agree to:

• To accept the BouncingBall8 Rules as a party;
• To acknowledge having read, comprehended, and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions;
• To uphold all of its provisions.

2. The BouncingBall8 Rules are subject to revision, amendment, and addition at any time by the brand. Before taking effect, the company will notify the account holder of any significant changes to the established Rules, which will require your approval. You won’t be able to use the Services going forward if you disagree with the alteration or amendments to the BouncingBall8 regulations. The plural should be included when the singular is mentioned in the BouncingBall8 Rules, and vice versa. “A/an” should be included in all references to “the,” and vice versa.

3. By establishing a personal Account on the website, a person becomes an “Account Holder,” entering into a contractual relationship with the brand.

4. An account owned by an Account Holder for legitimate activities that strictly aims to create a regular commercial relationship with BouncingBall8 and for the purpose of performing gaming and gambling transactions, including betting, is referred to as a “BouncingBall8 Account.”

5. The BouncingBall8 Rules, also known as the “Terms and Conditions,” will form the basis and control the contractual relationship between the company and an Account Holder, which is referred to as the “Contract”:

• The “Governing Authorities” are the relevant authorities for Curacao;
• The “Governing Law” is the law of Curacao;
• The “Place of the Contract” is Curacao;
• The Curacao Gaming Authority (Gaming Services Provider N.V.), a regulatory body created by Curacao legislation to oversee all gaming activities in the island, is referred to as the “Regulator.” Please visit “https://www.curacao-egaming.com/” for further details;
• The internet gateway known as “Website” may be accessed via https://bouncingball8bd.org/. It is the place where the company publishes all pertinent and up-to-date information about its activities and where Account Holders can access the Services;
• The gaming and betting offerings that the brand makes to the Account Holder via the Website are referred to as the “Services”;
• The unique tax that is imposed on gaming and betting in Curacao is known as the “Gaming and Betting Duty”;
• All card kinds with the ability to “pay,” “charge,” “debit,” “credit,” “virtual,” and/or perform similar functions are referred to as “cards”;
• An intermediary serving as a payment agent for several payment methods is known as a “Payment Solution Provider”;
• A bank or other entity covered by a relevant domestic financial services act, or something similar, is referred to as a “financial institution”;
• “Force Majeure” is defined as any event or circumstance that is beyond one’s reasonable control and results in a delay or default in the affected party’s performance of their contractual obligation. For the purposes of the BouncingBall8 Rules, this includes acts of God, government restrictions (such as the denial or cancellation of any necessary license where such denial or cancellation is made without the affected party’s fault), wars, hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fire, explosions, floods, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected;
• “Client Application” refers to the web browser and smartphone software (iOS or android versions) that the account holder opens in order to utilize the services;
• “Software” refers to any program or application (iOS or Android versions) that the company uses in order to execute the Client Application and/or provide and/or operate the Services;
• Any money, bonus, or other incentive that the account holder can win is referred to as a “Prize”;
• A personal account that hasn’t registered a log-in or log-out for more than 12 months is considered “inactive”;
• The content on the Website, the Client Application, and any associated materials are the sole property of BouncingBall8, its suppliers, and partners. This includes all trademarks, service marks, trade names, and any images, graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies (collectively, the “Intellectual Assets”). The Account Holder is not permitted to utilize any Intellectual Asset for any reason other than those permitted by law, including any kind of exploitation.

6. Licenses:

• BouncingBall8 is fully licensed in Curacao and regulated by Gaming Services Provider N.V to offer fixed odds betting services.

7. Account Rules:

• A person cannot engage in a money game unless they are an Account Holder. To become registered as a gambler, an individual must first register and apply for registration.

The following details must be provided:

• To confirm that the player is of legal age, they must provide their date of birth and furnish valid identification demonstrating that they are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legally required age in their jurisdiction. Acceptable identification documents include a valid identity card, passport, or driver’s license;
• Player’s first and last name;
• Player’s valid email address;
• A username and a password.

8. An individual requesting to become an Account Holder warrants and represents that they are at least eighteen (18) years old. Minors are unable to register as players or have a BouncingBall8 account. The company retains the right to seek additional evidence of age and do extra checks to confirm the information supplied. A user`s account may be suspended until appropriate evidence of age is shown.

9. All personal and sensitive information submitted to the company by its players is kept secret and utilized solely on the BouncingBall8 system to improve user experience, not for commercial purposes.

10. A person requesting to become an Account Holder also warrants and represents:

• Account Holders must be actual people (no legal entities will be approved);
• Not to reside in Afghanistan, Australia, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, and other French territories, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Cambodia, Spain, Syria, Turkey, United States of America and other U.S. territories, or Yemen (please note that certain countries are excluded from the Casino – Games – Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo);
• Avoiding professional gaming in any sport, league, or competition where BouncingBall8 provides wagering opportunities;
• Not being limited by a limited legal capacity;
• Not representing a third party;
• Not being labeled as a compulsive problem gambler and/or being listed (either willingly or unwillingly) on any list or database of players that are prohibited from participating;
• Depositing funds derived from illicit and/or criminal activity;
• Not depositing funds via a Card that the Account Holder is not authorized to use and/or using a Card in a jurisdiction where gaming and betting are forbidden;
• Not engaging in illicit activities in which a personal Account is directly or indirectly involved;
• Not maintaining an active account with a different legal entity that is affiliated with the brand;
• To not register a gaming account, purchase or use services from BouncingBall8, or participate in the games offered if it is illegal in his or her place of residence or in any other manner to use the Services. Account holders are responsible for ensuring the legality of their use of company’s website and services;
• Not to find any content on the Website or Services offensive, disagreeable, unfair, or indecent; and to keep the information associated with his or her BouncingBall8 Account current, including first and last name, state of residence, working phone number, and email address;
• Each gamer may only have one account. Accounts will be frozen and money will be lost without warning to players who abuse any offer, establish numerous or fake accounts, or violate betting regulations.

11. When someone applies for a personal Account, they understand and agree to:

• All terms and conditions as specified in the BouncingBall8 Rules; the BouncingBall8 Rules as they are currently published on the Website, as well as any potential future modifications to the BouncingBall8 Rules; that Curacao is the location of the contract; and that the BouncingBall8 Rules, as published in English, govern the Contract;
• Any rules or other determinations issued periodically by the Governing Law and Authorities of the Contracting Location.
